Order placement

In order to place an order, you need to:
  1. Select a product on the site and add it to the cart;
  2. Go to the cart, enter contact information and data for sending the order.
  3. Click the “Confirm order” button.

After the order is processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. We will contact you within 24 hours to clarify the details of the order and the method of its shipment. We send convenient for you way – New Post, Ukrposhta, prepaid on a bank card or cash on delivery.

ATTENTION: all products are made “to order” and the product is weaved by hand in accordance with your choice, so the execution of an individual order is 1-2 working days.

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

to PrivatBank account. Transfer can be made in any branch, terminal PrivatBank or through Privat24.
– Cash on delivery upon receipt in the office of New Post or Ukrposhta

– cash, if you are in Kherson.

Shipping (within Ukraine)

Please note that the shipping company is responsible for the delivery time.

Shipping within Ukraine: We try to make and send the order as soon as possible – from 1 -2 days from the moment of its registration.

Sending is possible by such transportation services:

“New Post”(carrier’s website). The cost of delivery is not included in the amount of the order, and is paid separately upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of “New Post”.

“Ukrposhta”(carrier’s website). The cost of delivery is not included in the amount of the order, and is paid separately upon receipt of the parcel. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of “Ukrposhta”.

“Delivery in Kherson”. The order is delivered in the city of Kherson free of charge. After placing an order, your manager will contact you and agree on the time and place convenient for delivery of the order.

For the customers from other countries: We ship the orders by the National carrier “Ukrposhta” (2-4 weeks delivery period). For the USA customers – by USPS postal service (10-14 business days). Delivery service costs 7 usd.

Delivery (to other countries)

Sending from Ukraine to other countries is made by the national postal service “Ukrposhta” (type of sending – “Small package air”). The cost is on average 7$. Delivery time may vary depending on the country to which the parcel is sent, as well as on the quality of work of customs authorities and the local state postal service. Usually it is 2-4 weeks.
